ICETOOL Support

AHLSORT Supports many of the operations available in IBM's DFSORT ICETOOL

This allows current ICETOOL users to emulate these functions in the Windows, Linux and Unix environments.

We currently support the following ICETOOL operations

SELECT
SORT
